If your name appears above, I need some basic info about you and your vehicle, to print in the calendar. I usually print a little blurb right on the photo itself with your vehicle, name, location and e-mail address. For example:

1996 Dodge Dakota V8 Club Cab
John Smith - Carlisle, PA
johnsmith@somewhere.com
As such, I need to collect this information from all of the winners. An easy way to do this is to simply fill out and submit the form that appears at the bottom of this page. If you do not want your name, location or e-mail address printed in the calendar, simply indicate that in the appropriate place below. You can use the comments field to provide me with additional information, or ask questions, etc. If you have a preference as far as which month you would like your vehicle to appear in, please indicate it in the appropriate field. Note that I can make no guarantees that I will actually be able to comply with your month preference, but I will try.

A quick note about the license plate question below... When I say "disguise" I do not mean that I will put a black square or blur out your plate, I will photoshop the numbers to change them. The modification will not be visible, the photo will be just as clear as before, its just that your license plate number will be different. So, if you are worried about having your license plate published, but on the other hand do not want your photo ruined by a black square or a blurred out plate, have no fear, the disguising of your license plate is completely transparent.
