Possible choices are: 4 = Multipurpose
                      5 = Bus
                      6 = Incomplete vehicle
                      7 = Truck

(Incomplete vehicle is generally a vehicle which has not been fully
constructed when its sent off to a third party to finish, such as
an aftermarket tuner, etc...)
