Got a card and a phone call from dealership two days after ordered saying they were ready to go. Asked a bunch of questions about various other parts I was interested in and they were very helpful/looked everything up and never rushed me even though I wasn't ready to buy. Lastly, parts never delayed service appointments (had this happen at other dealerships). Good coordination between depts.
