Experiences with the SALES department at Viking Dodge

Viking Dodge
SALES Department Experience No. 0001
Name: Joel Hallstrom (jjhallst@sltic.com)
Date: Summer 1997
Rating: (satisfactory)
Description: The has to be the easiest way to buy, from a standpoint of lower price. Without dickering they're real close to invoice. However, while they knock 3-4,000 off of the sticker from the beginning, trade-in is hard to get good value on.

Bottom-line: If you stick to your guns, WATCH the sales contract like a hawk (watch out for "wrong" sales figures), you can walk out of the dealership with a great deal. They usually have a vast selection of vehicles (30 or more Rams, 30 or more Dakotas, etc.)
Viking Dodge
SALES Department Experience No. 0002
Name: Phil Riley (pkr48@hotmail.com)
Date: 1995
Rating: (terrible)
Description: Salesperson quoted one price thousands less than final price. Advertised price was nowhere near either. After going to court in a case involving others, dealer said price will change
