Description: First trip was to get Driver side door panel replaced and to get it aligned due to pulling to the right. Door panel was replaced fine (tough job) but when I got the truck back, the alignment was worse, and now the A/C temperature control knob was busted (from mechanics changing my settings, those pricks) they tweaked a cable underneath and the vent wouldn't shut completely. 3rd time in was to replace the A/C knob (not knowing it was a cable underneath until later), and get re-aligned.. 4th time in was to fix the A/C switch and also to rip them a new arsehole because ALL 4 wheels were nicked due to the company that aligned them. Needless to say they were all replaced. So the wheels were all replaced but the damn A/C switch was still busted. 5th time, I brought in, FINALLY got the A/C cable problem fixed so the temperature knob would stay all the was to the cold side. It took them 5 freakin attempts to fix what should have been done in 2 trips, do NOT come here for service. i will take my truck back there because I basically have 2 of the service managers by the balls with the threat to call Chrysler (18009921997), and I can get what I want. One of the service managers is very cool to me and gets me what I want with no questions asked, thats the only reason I avoided the "Terrible" rating.
