Name: N/A (N/A) Date: 8/98 Rating: (terrible) Description: Never could find the cause of the steering column noise. Even supplied them with a copy of a like problem. They refuse to listen to the owner. Wrecked my Dakota R/T ..... then tried to return it without mentioning it OR repairing it. THEN when confronted, they had it repaired and FRAUDULENTLY submitted a warranty claim to Chrysler for it. Took it in for 4 warranty items. ALL with TSBs. They couldn't find a problem with ANY of the 4 items.
