Experiences with the SERVICE department at

Took my Dakota to them for a variety of services.
Most notable was when I took it in for a brake job.
While the breaks were worn, they WERE NOT in the
condition that the $600+ bill would have indicated!
Did they fix the brakes, yes... but for that money
I could have put complete new brakes on all 4 wheels.
They rebuilt rotors, resurfaced, and new pads/adjust
& new fluid. (If I had gotten the new rotors as
they 'suggested', the tab would have been close to
$1,000 - their estimate!) |
Also taken it to them for a variety of minor problems,
all of which 'could not be duplicated'.
I will give their head service writer good marks for
courtesy and customer service. Always calls when they
say and is always polite and gets to the point.
For that amount of money, they better be polite!
