Description: Have visited the parts department a number of times to purchase or check on prices. I almost always have the Dodge P/N with me when I visit, yet the parts counter help always looks at me like a one legged monkey when I give them the P/N and ask for a price. The guy once told me I didn't know what the He** I was talking about when I was checking on the price for an airdam, after I gave him the P/N. Of course, after he figured out how to use the computer, he found it & I did give him the correct P/N, no "Oh, sorry" just the usual "Grunt". Same thing happened when getting a new horn relay. Why is it the parts guys who know nothing have the most attitude, and the guys who know the stuff front and back are usually the most laidback?
