Description: Several experiences with their Service Department left me flat. My Roommate is their Fleet Manager and he's great to work with, and sells the vehicles just above invoice prices. I won't take my Dakota back there for service though... their service drive is awful, bordering on incompetant. When I have to tell them how to fix a problem, it speaks poorly for their mechanics.
