All parts dept. employees I've dealt with were very knowlegable, and were always happy to serve a customer. In the event a part needed to be ordered, they quickly followed through with the order, and made sure to call or send a letter indicating the parts ordered are "in". This is a 5-Star dealership, and has the best ratings in the Denver area - and I can truthfully see why! They are great!
