Description: My truck had very bad hard water spotting on the windows. I went to see Jerry Saccardi (Sales) and Mark Kono (service consultant) at Cutter. Cutter had the windows acid washed, and performed a full detail, which took care of the water spots.After the water spots were gone, I noticed a disturbing distortion in the windshield glass, and I was hearing a whining noise on deceleration between 50-30 mph. I went back to Mark, and he replaced both the winshield and the ENTIRE rear axle (the noise was in the differential)!!These guys have been super... no haggling about any of it, and Cutter also has vans which take you wherever you want to go after you leave your vehicle for service, and pick you up again when it is time to retrieve your vehicle.e.All in all, these guys are a pleasure to deal with... and believe me, I would tell you if it were not so!
