Experiences with the SALES department at Colonial Dodge

Colonial Dodge
SALES Department Experience No. 0001
Name: Sam '99 RT x 2
Date: 1/99
Rating: (somewhat poor)
Description: Purchased 1999, Black RT Regular Cab.

Attention to detail lacking. Sale person was not knowledgeable about RT's (sorry to be picky), told me it was a 318...(big mistake). Tried to charge me $170 for a dealer installed alarm during signing of the paperwork (truck has the factory alarm in it!). Was left waiting 30 minutes in the rain waiting for the guy to finish removing the dealer added alarm. After completion, drove away (no follow up either). I did get a good price.

Recommend another dealership for sales, but if you do go here, make sure you are on top of things and you should do okay.

SALES Department Experience No. 0002
Name: Lisa Moon (Lisamoon222@hotmail.com)
Date: 06/14/99
Rating: (somewhat poor)
Description: After speaking with the salesman on the phone and telling him exactly what I was interested in purchasing (A dakota, SLT, V6) he gave me information on everything but the SLT and tried to convince me to purchase a dakota sport. I had to remind him a number of times what I was interested in and what I did not want! Then he told me about a truck he was going to get in and got my hopes up about it. When he looked again, it was determined that the truck had already come in and was sold. They think women don't know anything and can be persuaded into buying something else.
