Hmmmmm, but the auto can be made so much STRONGER! High Performance MoPar
(magazine) is putting the A-518 behind a built 440 - not sure they'd wanna
do that with the 5-spd (if they could). It IS basically the same tranny
that handled all those 426 Hemis and torquer 440's back in the 60's and
early 70's.
