Not quite. If 105 is 50% throttle, and 50% throttle = 50% horsepower,
then to find top speed take the cube root of 2 times 105 mph cubed. Thats
132 mph, believable for a slightly modified Dak.

Wind resistance (drag) increases proportionately to velocity squared.
Power required = drag * velocity. So power required is proportional to
velocity cubed.
