I understand what you were saying. I just don't understand why you would
want to replace the stock one in the stock location since, 1) It's right by
the exhaust manifold (heat), and 2) it's right by the engine (heat). I put
a Blaster SS in mine near the right fender well (no heat and 45K volts).

MSD doesn't make a bolt-in performance coil YET, such as the Accel 140021.
But the MSD rep said they will have one out the later part of this year or
early 2002.
